Rob Weisberg, a volunteer firefighter and 9/11 survivor, set out to hike the Appalachian Trail to raise money and awareness for veterans and first responders suffering from mental health illness. Weisberg started his six-month journey on March 11, 2023, in Georgia and plans to finish up in Maine around September.
